I have been active my whole life: running, hiking, lifting weights, spin class, etc. And I also have become complacent about my fitness lately- doing enough to feel like I’m getting by, but kinda uninspired. The e-book has really challenged me and brought some fun back into the mix. I love learning these new skills and improving ones I thought I knew (I’ve been doing pushups wrong-ish my whole life!). Ya gotta do your homework before stepping in the gym so you can get to work with myriad skills. There’s modifications for all abilities. I’m loving the motivation and tips that accompany the workouts as well: a movement video library for everything. I am mentally challenged by the plan as well. Its so worth it! And so are we!!

Kick *** workout plan for all
Great workout plan. Pushed me to try new exercises and even was able to do exercises I never thought would be possible after my shoulder injury. It has only been a month but I have seen a real difference in my conditioning my clothes even fit better. Would definitely recommend even for people who I not in great shape like I was.
