I bought these shorts for the Coast Guard Marathon and they did not disappoint! I mean battleship…coast guard…PERFECT! The 5 inch length in the shorts performed better than I could have hoped and kept me from chafing on my thighs. The slip-resistant band helped keep the shorts perfectly in place all 26.2 miles. And can we talk about the pockets for a moment!?! I was able to put everything I needed for fueling during the race in my pockets and still had room. 2 packs of stinger chews, 2 packs of clif blocks, and 2 packs of stinger gels. I won’t wear any other shorts for a race ever again!
