Overall, my wife loves the shorts. The customer service could’ve been a little better. I ordered these over a week in advance for a birthday. They took forever to process my order and I inquired about why it was taking so long and they just cancelled my order without any questions as to whether that is what I wanted. I was able to re-order but didn’t get them in time for my Wife’s birthday.
