I originally ordered the medium and due to where I carry my weight (in my abdomen) it felt very restrictive. I wanted to size to a large but it was sold out so I took a chance on the XL. The waist is perfect even if I fold it down (not a high rise fan) and the length didn’t change too much nor did the fit of the shorts underneath which I was super happy about. I am 5’4’ 165lbs. Customer service was super helpful and being able to return through happy returns was a nice surprise!
