I have loved wearing this for my Michigan winter runs. The pockets are big and zip. It is very warm. I sized up one from the chart and it's worked well for wearing over sweatshirts. If you don't plan to wear it over a sweatshirt you can follow the chart for a more fitted feel

I did not initially jump at this vest. However, over time I saw everyone enjoying their purchase AND I learned they were stuffed with synthetic fibers (not feathers) so I took the leap. I usually wear large tanks so got a large vest; I couldn’t pull the vest down over my booty but just wore the back portion up, closer to my waistline. So - surprise benefit - this is a booty-enhancing vest for those endowed in the glute area. Love the warm pockets. Love the overall warmth without restricting my arm movement. It’s a winner.
