I like this bra style for everyday wear and for swimming. Very comfortable. But for those of us who are a bit big up top, this would not provide enough support for working out. In order to fit the band, doesn't give as much coverage as the butterfly style.

I bought these for the sole purpose of StandUpPaddelboarding. So glad I did. I wear bikinis bottoms underneath. It covers what I want covred while looking cute. I dont have a pic, but totally worth it! Thank you CVG!

I am a huge fan of the Butterfly Back bras, but when I first tried a Move Free I also fell in love! They're super comfortable, and fit perfectly. They're also the best bras for progress photos of the back since the straps are very minimalist. For reference, I am 5' 4.5", 36B, and I order a medium for LIGHT compression. (Hate squishing my itty bitties lol)
