BANANA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Coconut Milk (I used the light version from Trader Joe’s. If you are doing a strict paleo get the coconut milk in the can not the carton.)
1/2 Banana
Handful of Spinach
1/2 Avocado
Coconut Water (I just pour enough in to make the smoothie have a good balance of liquids and solids)


INSTRUCTIONS
1.  Blend all ingredients.
