BANANA CHIA PANCAKES


INGREDIENTS
3 green-tipped bananas
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
2 eggs
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

INSTRUCTIONS
1.  In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the coconut oil, eggs, and chia seeds.

2.  Stir in the coconut flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.

3.  Cook pancakes on a hot skillet until browned on each side.
