CVG Black Friday starts on Wednesday, November 24th, at 9:45AM EST. 


This sale will run through Monday, Nov 29th

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I USE IT DURING BLACK WEDNESDAY?


All discount codes have been deactivated during Black Wednesday. All discounts on products have been directly applied to specific products and no discount codes are needed!

WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED DURING CVG BLACK WEDNESDAY?


Doubtful. It is very unlikely any products will be restocked during Black Wednesday. These deals are hot, when they’re gone, they’re gone...


ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IN THE CART?


Adding an item to your cart DOES NOT reserve your items. Stock is only allocated once payment has been confirmed. If an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we recommend proceeding with your payment for the remaining items in your cart. If you go back to add another item, you risk losing even more items in your order. Please note that any items in your cart prior to the sale may not be available at time of checkout, simply put, the items are first come, first served.


ONE OF MY ITEMS HAS GONE OUT OF STOCK, AND NOW I DON'T WANT MY OTHER ITEM...


Unfortunately, if an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we do not currently have the functionality to remove any additional items from cart. If you do try and remove an item, this may be putting your other items at risk as you begin the checkout process again. Please keep a close eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email.


If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, and weren't redirected to the order confirmation screen on-site, please check with your bank to see if the payment has gone through. If a payment has been taken, please then contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance (it may just be that in the rush of Black Wednesday, you entered your email address incorrectly)


I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS...


We can help! If you reach the confirmation page, your order has been placed. You can screenshot the confirmation page for your record. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team and we should be able to update your order.


Unfortunately, the order placed with the incorrect address will not show up in your account order history.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


If your order is unfulfilled, it is very likely that we can cancel your order. Please reach out as quickly as possible. You can utilize our Live Chat Mon. - Fri. 8am - 4pm EST. If it is outside of business hours, you can leave a message from the Live Chat widget or email us at support@constantlyvariedgear.com. Please include your order number. 


If we are unable to make the change or your order is fulfilled, please use our

Exchange/Return portal.

I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?


If your order is unfulfilled, please send a request to our Customer Support Team. If possible, they’ll do their best to make the change. 


If your order is already fulfilled, please process an exchange/return via our Returns Portal.


Alternatively, if you'd prefer to cancel your order, please send our Customer Support Team an email. When possible, they'll try their best to cancel for you!


I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER, CAN I COMBINE THEM?


Orders placed with Skip the Line are unable to be combined. As an effort to improve our environmental impact, we do our best to manually combine all other orders. Due to volume and processing orders as quickly as possible, some orders will not be combined. 


If your order is combined, and you paid additional shipping, we may be able to refund any additional shipping paid (not including the original order’s shipping cost). Please send an email to support@constantlyvariedgear.com with your issue, please include your order numbers.


If your orders are unable to be combined, you will receive separate emails for each order as they are processed and shipped. We will be unable to refund any additional shipping costs.

During Black Wednesday, all of our shipping options will be available. Please note that international orders will be subject to custom’s fees and duty tax. It is not included in the shipping cost.

Please reach out to us as quickly as possible. If your order is unfulfilled, we will likely be able to make the correction. If your order is fulfilled, we will be unable to make the correction.


If the incorrect address was provided at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund or replace the order.

MY FRIEND HAS THEIR ORDER... WHERE'S MINE?


If someone you know placed their order after you but received their package first, please don't worry! This could be for a number of reasons that are out of our control. Rest assured, we're working to get yours to you as quickly as we can - just keep an eye on your emails for your tracking information!


CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM CVG BLACK WEDNESDAY?


Yes! We offer free exchanges and returns on most orders placed at CVG. For Black Wednesday, all orders have a 60-day holiday return period. This means if you were to purchase something on November 24th, you’d have until Jan 23rd to exchange/return any unwanted items.


All seasonal and holiday-themed shirts are available for exchange only. They cannot be returned for a refund on the original payment method.


FREE GIFT ORDERS: If returning items for refund to original payment and the refund brings your order value under the free gift threshold, the free gift will need to be included in the return. If the free gift is not included, we will subtract the full retail price of the free gift from the refund amount.

DOES A GIFT CARD'S VALUE COUNT TOWARDS THE FREE GIFT THRESHOLD?


When adding items to cart to reach the free gift threshold, a gift card will not count towards that total. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Thank you!
