EASY CHICKEN SOUP
INGREDIENTS
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
3 large carrots, roughly sliced
2 cups broccoli, roughly chopped
1 medium yellow onion, cut in thin wedges
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
salt and pepper, to taste (start with ½ tsp. of each and add more to taste if you like)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all ingredients in a large stock pot, Dutch oven or slow cooker.
2. If using a slow cooker, cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. If cooking on the stovetop, simmer until heated through.
3. Add more salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
