GREEN PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE
3 cups loosely packed (120g) baby spinach
2 cups (250g) frozen pineapple pieces
1 cup coconut water
½ cup full fat coconut milk
1 cup ice
1-2 Tbsp collagen (optional)
1. Add all ingredients except collagen to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. If adding collagen, reduce speed to low and sprinkle it on top. Blend just until fully incorporated because blending too much can damage the collagen.
