1. We can modify this workout to any ability level!! ANY ABILITY LEVEL. Modificaitons can include changes such as shortening the run distances to 400 meters, doing ring rows instead of pull ups, doing the push-ups on a box and more. Our coaches will release workouts for all ability levels.
2. We will repeat this workout every year so you can track your progress and badassery.
3. You can partition your reps. That means instead of doing 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 air squats in a row, we can split them up to something like 20 Rounds of: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats broken up. Same amount of reps, just spread out. Our coaches will help you with this.
