- “Flat tummy” - “but don’t lose that butt!”
We’ve been sold shakes, diets, waist trainers, and booty shapers. We’ve been shown Instagram models and photoshopped images. We’ve been told we can finally have the confidence we want if we just lose that last 10 pounds.
The army believes you have all the tools you will ever need to get the confidence you’ve always wanted. The army knows that health isn’t a shape, a size, or a number on a scale. The army understands that strength is paramount and transcends the gym.
Together we have declared - it’s time for us to decide what the perfect body looks like. It’s time to stop measuring our self worth in jean sizes, but in numbers of push-ups. It’s time to stop dieting and start fueling. It’s time to be strong. In the gym, in our lives, in our convictions.
