There are 5 workouts programmed a week. Can I do less?
Yes, if 5 days a week seems too aggressive for you then try picking 3-4 of the programmed workouts and skip the remaining 1-2. As you become more comfortable you can add more workouts over time.
What if I can't do a particular movement or don't know what it is?
Each of our movement library videos includes demos, scales and modifications.
EXAMPLE: If a workout calls for "Pull-ups" but you can not do pull-ups, simply watch our pull-up video and you will see alternatives to modify the pull-up.
What if I miss a workout or 2 during a week?
No worries! Just continue onto the next week of programming.
Can I mix in other programming during a week?
Yes! You can either do additional programming on Active Recovery/Rest Days or replace a TTSL workout all together and pick back up with the next workout.
