I have worn them both for lifting and for running. They didn't move or have to be adjusted once!! They are also even more beautiful in person.

I usually wear a smal and had to exchange for an xs. They also run up and end up looking like underwear. I like the pattern and pocket. You can see my butt cheeks though and idk if I’ll be wearing them outside of my home gym.
