Getting Back to It
I hadn’t lifted in months and the thought of using my barbell was overwhelming. The minimal equipment workout has been a great way to get back into working out. It’s not complicated but still gets you to work hard and I love the modification levels so anyone can do it, no matter where your fitness level is.
Great product
This is my second CVG ebook after the Minimum Equipment, and it is every bit as good as the first. I don't have the time/$ for a gym membership, so these work outs have been great.

Amazing
I have never done this type of workout before and was kinda nervous. I decided to just jump in and do it. I have 2 workouts left and I love this ebook. Definitely challenged me and I can feel the strength gains. I loved that I never knew exactly what was going to hurt the next day. I worked muscles that I didn’t even realize I was working. This little taste of TTSL has me definitely considering joining up for daily.

One of the best! I love how all you need is a set of dumbbells and a jump rope! This is perfect for those who’s home gym has minimal equipment or for someone just looking to get started on their fitness journey! I can’t wait to repeat the book.
