I love anything that gives me a little push to get my workout done. My CVG shorts and leggings do the trick. I go right from PJs to my CVG and I just love how they look. And they feel great too. And the customer service is terrific. I must prefer mine not as tight as others so had to exchange my first order for size. They made it so easy. You really cannot go wrong shopping here

These shorts are so comfortable I never want to take them off! They don't ride up, the pockets are deep enough for my phone and the material is so soft.

I love these colorful shorts, and with the weather heating up here in FL, they'll be a nice change from longer leggings, but still have the great features like a pocket for my phone. The fit is not super tight, either. If you like a tighter fit, you may want to size down. (I am size 14 and ordered XL)
