I've always had flimsy nails that broke easily, so I wore acrylic nails for ten+ years to avoid constant breakage. I starting using Glow Up Collagen when CVG first started selling it. About 9 months ago I decided to stop wearing acrylics to see if the benefit to my nails was as good as the benefit to my hair (which has been growing great since I started Glow Up). I am now a person who has to cut their nails, because they don't break!!! I'm very happy with the results! As for the taste, I take my hot tea black, and while Glow Up doesn't have a "flavor," I can tell there is something added to my tea (if that makes sense).

Mix in a scoop with my coffee everyday and can taste a thing. I dissolves instantly and leaves no chunks behind. As far as results, I think its working. My nails look a lot nicer then they have in awhile.
