Got these and the matching men's shorts for our wedding anniversary and wore them for our workout that night . I knew the waist would be loose from my experience in my 2.5s but it was much looser than expected but can't size down cuz iykyk...ttsl. Even with the loose waist they do not move during intense workouts and they are very comfortable.

I love the medium, 5 inch shorts. If I was being very picky the only thing I wish was that they were 3.5-4 inches. I do bunch them when I work out. The 2.5 is just too short. I love that they never migrate
