Versatile and comfortable

The dress is soft and made of workout material. Very stretchy with light compression. The adjustable straps allow you to modify the support. The length is not too short. The shorts have rubber on the edges that prevent them from riding up. The best part by far is the fact that the shorts are attached in the front but not the back. So you can pull them down to use the bathroom without lowering the top of the dress. It’s a great active outfit for errands, active moms, I even used it for hiking and long walks outside because it’s good to sweat in. The bra top is not particularly supportive if you are on the bigger side so women with a D or above may have to wear a sports bra underneath. The only con is the small circular removable pads because they move around. But you have the option to remove them. I am 5‘8“, 165 pounds, C cup, athletic Ish build and a size medium fit well with a lot of stretch.
