How long does it take to process my order?
Normal processing time is 1-5 business days. Domestic orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days from order date, barring any issues with DHL eCommerce or USPS. Orders placed on, or immediately following, CVG Birthday, Group Friday, Black Friday through Cyber Monday should expect longer than normal processing times.
I purchased the same size but a different design and it is smaller/bigger?
Our tolerance above or below our standard measurement is 1/2 inch. This is an industry standard in clothing manufacturing. If this 1/2 inch difference affects the fit of the product, you are likely between sizes and we would recommend exchanging for a size up/down accordingly.
What is the "Skip the Line" option?
If you choose to skip the line, we will bump your order ahead of thousands of other orders and your order will ship out same day (if ordered before 2:00 PM EST - Monday-Friday) *Skip the line will be limited on high volume release days and promotional sales days.
Can I make a change to my order?
Orders with "Skip the line" will be unable to be changed due to them being processed immediately. If your order does not include "skip the line" please reach out to us via our Live Chat feature within 15 minutes of placing the order. We will do our best to make the edit to your order.
The size I'm trying to select says sold out?
If the size you are trying to select says sold out. We recommend refreshing the page. If the product is still unavailable, it has likely sold out and is unavailable.
What browser do you recommend using?
We recommend using Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are incompatible with our website and we do not recommend them for use.
How do I add on to an order I just placed?
As long as the previous order has not been shipped, place a separate order for the additional items. Then contact us at email@example.com with the two order numbers. We will then combine the orders and refund shipping on the add-on order. During high volume releases and promotional sales we will do our best to accommodate.
Do all of the shorts have the slip resistant band?
Only our 5” shorts have this band. Our 2.5” do not because of the length they naturally stay in place and do not require the band.
Do the shorts fit the same as the leggings?
As our shorts are designed differently than our leggings they do run a bit bigger and we do recommend going down in size.
Is there a way to add signature required to my shipping?
Due to Covid-19 precautions, signature required is no longer an option.
Can discount codes be used during CVG Birthday, Group Friday, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales?
No. Discount codes will be disabled during sales.
Can a sale price be applied to a previous order?
No. Promotional offers will not be applied to previous orders.
How long does standard shipping take?
All orders within the USA take 2-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options, within the USA. Outside of the country will vary based on location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world! If you run into an issue during checkout, just email us and we'll add your country for you.
What shipping method do you use?
For US customers, we use DHL eCommerce for pick up and tracking. The final delivery step is done by USPS.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Massachusetts.
What is your exchange/return policy?
All products, excluding final sale/retiring, can be exchanged/returned within 30 days, as long as UNUSED. (During the holiday season we make exceptions beyond 30 days, if items are UNUSED.) More information found here: Return Policy
Will my shipping be refunded on a return?
No, shipping costs are non refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
How do I use QuadPay?
QuadPay is available for US customers. Select QuadPay during the payment method portion of checkout. Your order must be over $35. If QuadPay is not showing as a payment method, try checking out as a "guest".
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation was emailed to you. Please check your spam folder for our email.
Can I use more than 1 discount code at a time?
No, our system only allows 1 code to be used per order. All discount codes are one-time use.
Can holiday/seasonal (Christmas, Halloween, 4th of July, autumn, etc) shirts be exchanged or returned?
No, all holiday/seasonal themed shirts/tanks are final and can not be exchanged or returned.
