Apple Cider Vinegar is the easiest way to drastically improve your health.
You've probably seen several headlines on FB and Pinterest highlighting the importance of Apple Cider Vinegar. Well, no need to waste your time piecing together myth from truth because we're going to tell you everything you need to know about ACV right now.
What Are The Health Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar?
- And My Personal Experience
The list of benefits from ACV is a long one. Just to name a few:
- Decreased acid reflux.
- Lowered blood pressure.
- Increased energy.
- Improved digestion.
- Weight loss.
Overall ACV just seems to help your body run better.
My personal experience with ACV is a great one. I've drank it every day for the last year. In that time my very serious IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) has drastically improved. I have also noticed that since I've started this daily routine I have not got sick...at all. What's the longest period of time you've gone without catching the common cold? I've now gone over a year since drinking ACV.
What Brand Of Apple Cider Vinegar Should I Buy?
I suggest the brand Bragg. Their website might look like something straight out of the 90s, but their product is on point! If you aren't able to find Bragg's then try to find a replacement with ALL of the following details:
1. Organic
2. Includes "The Mother" (the sediment at the bottom)
3. Unfiltered, unheated & unpasteurized
Be sure to shake the bottle before every use.
How Much Apple Cider Vinegar Should I Drink? And How Often?
First of all, you should be drinking it every day. Here's the steps you should take:
1. Start off with 1 tablespoon, once per day. This should be mixed in a full glass of liquid. It should not be drank straight (yuck).
2. After a few days increase to 1 tablespoon, twice per day.
3. Then finally progress to 2 tablespoons twice per day.
Yea...But, How Does It Taste?
At first the taste might take some getting used to. However, I have personally found that the taste has grown on me and I've ever learned to enjoy it. I believe that my body has benefited from it so much that the taste now registers in my brain as something that's pleasing to me.
If you find yourself struggling with the taste there are some easy ways to handle it in the next section.
What Can I Mix With Apple Cider Vinegar To Make It Taste Better?
Here's my recipe for how I drink ACV:
- 2 tablespoons of ACV.
- Squeezed organic lemon (I use a full lemon, this might be a bit much for newbies).
- 4 oz (give or take) of organic iced tea.
- 6 oz (or more to dilute taste) of water.
If your budget can handle it you can also buy Apple Cider Vinegar drinks by Bragg. They have several flavors, most of which are very tasty. Grape is my 1st choice. You can find this in the organic section of most grocery stores.
You can also do things like mixing ACV & oil as a dressing for salads.
