I have never done this type of workout before and was kinda nervous. I decided to just jump in and do it. I have 2 workouts left and I love this ebook. Definitely challenged me and I can feel the strength gains. I loved that I never knew exactly what was going to hurt the next day. I worked muscles that I didn’t even realize I was working. This little taste of TTSL has me definitely considering joining up for daily.

One of the best! I love how all you need is a set of dumbbells and a jump rope! This is perfect for those who’s home gym has minimal equipment or for someone just looking to get started on their fitness journey! I can’t wait to repeat the book.

Wish I hadn’t waited so long

I love that everything is planned for me. It’s easy to follow and if there is a movement I’m not sure of there are links to instructional videos. I highly recommend it.

Wish I'd bought sooner!

I'm currently working my way through and really enjoying this. I completed the CVG Movement Challenge in Jan 2023, and it felt really good to have a directed workout in the comfort of my own home. This E-book contains 20 workouts, with a suggested workout frequency of 4-5 times a week. So a full month's work. However once I complete this workout, I plan to keep cycling in the workouts but work towards the Intermediate and Advanced weight/position levels. So I know that I'm going to keep coming back to this E-book time and time again. I just wish I'd bought this sooner! One final thing that makes a big difference for me is downloading the CVG app. I really love the community of it and how supportive everyone is, so I highly recommend joining that community as well.

I am completely new to these kind of movements/workouts. The e-book has a link to movements and modification comments both in the videos and in the book. There is also a whole community of people (and coaches) available on the CVG app if you need any additional help. I don’t have access to a gym and only have minimal equipment at home so this is perfect for me! It pushes me and I love it!
