Very cute and quality material but they don't stay up while riding and customer service was lacking. Original shipment was lost and it took several emails to customer service before they offered "a one time courtesy to replace your order". I understand shipping is a risk but a one time courtesy to replace a lost item seems punitive to the customer when you are an online based store.

Soooooo comfy and vibrant -- pics do not show the colors as well as I wish they would! I've been a horror fanatic for 37 yrs; I used to sneak up after bedtime and read horror novels/stories.
