Great for everyone!

This eBook is great for people of all fitness levels. As a complete beginner, I found this book to be an amazing resource for learning various Crossfit style and strength-building workouts that I otherwise would have been oblivious to. I feel confident that after completing this program, I’ll be able to go to my local gym and have an arsenal of exercises that I can do - instead of just going to the treadmill day after day. That being said, this book also is challenging and would be just as rewarding for someone who is an advanced athlete. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I think this book has a lot to offer.

TTSL has turned my workouts upside down

These workouts are smart, safe, effective and bs free. It's affordable and easily accessible no matter what your fitness level. Within the first 10 days my body composition started shifting. But it's more than being a certain size...TTSL is a movement that motivates you to become stronger than you were yesterday...and pushes you to be even stronger tomorrow.
