If you are looking for a comfortable bra for low impact or everyday wear, this bra might be it. I find the bras comfortable for yoga because the Y shaped strap in the back doesn't impede any movement. There's definitely less coverage than the butterfly back bra, but the material is soft and stretchy and the pads are removable. I am approximately a 34B and bought a size Small.

The Move Free bra is very comfortable for everyday wear. It provides a medium level of support and is great for yoga, lifting, and other lower impact activities.

It's good if you are a C cup or less, but it can't contain anything D or greater. While a medium butterfly bra sits well on me, I can barely get the large Move Free band around my ribs.
