T-Rex hated push ups until they learned how to do them!

Love CVG gear! I love expressing myself through the various t-shirt quotes, pics, etc. My gym mates never know what to expect! Plus the CVG team just rock. They produce a great podcast (TTSL - Thick Thighs Save Lives) and have great online content. I recently learned how to do a push-up properly through one of the training videos. Hence, my T-Rex Hates Push-ups t-shirt!

Love It

The shirt is very soft making it great to work out in. No shrinking or fading after waging it. What I also love about this shirt is my coach has nick named me T-Rex. As part of my warm up push ups are included. I have used the statement on this shirt before during a training session
