ABOUT TTSL DAILY

Thick Thighs Saves Lives Training is a functional fitness program.
Each session has:
- A Detailed Warmup
- Strength
- Conditioning
- Cooldown
It includes full body movements, weightlifting, and gymnastics. The programming is designed to be done at any fitness level, and to make you more prepared for living a healthy limit free life.

Best Programming!!!
I attended a CrossFit gym for 6 years. I loved the community, but felt something was lacking. I am self motivated and really needed good programming. I got exactly what I was looking for with TTSL’s program!!! Complete warm ups, strength training, Metcons, and cold downs. When I post glimpses of my workouts, my gym friends always want to know who is doing my programming. Thank you ladies, for great workouts!!!
