For REFUNDS please include a note with:

  • Your order number
  • Your email
  • Requesting store credit or refund to original payment method
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. Refunds will be for the product only.

 

Notes:

  • Orders that have a split payment with a gift voucher; refunds will be applied to the gift voucher code first. 
  • Returns on orders that included a free gift, but the free gift was not returned; If the refund brings the total order value below the free gift threshold, you will be charged for the free gift. This value will be removed from the refund requested.
