Is Zip available for International customers?
Zip is only available for customers with a US billing address.

Does my order process normally or does it process after all payments have been made?
Your order's processing time will not be affected by Zip. It will process normally.

How can I check my Zip orders or account?
You can check current and past orders on the Zip Customer Portal. Log in to view your account by entering your mobile number or email address at the following link: https://zip.co/customer/

When is my first payment due?
Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.

How can I change my charge date or pay it off early?
Please contact Zip if you would like to change the payment date. They can't always honor every request to change a payment date, but they will do their best to honor reasonable requests.
