I am completely new to these kind of movements/workouts. The e-book has a link to movements and modification comments both in the videos and in the book. There is also a whole community of people (and coaches) available on the CVG app if you need any additional help. I don’t have access to a gym and only have minimal equipment at home so this is perfect for me! It pushes me and I love it!

Great Book

Love the minimal equipment ebook! I usually do group workout classes but got this so I’d have quality programming on hand on days when work, weather, etc makes it hard to make classes. So for me it’s more of a supplement to what I’m already doing but I absolutely love it!

Great workouts! Cannot wait to finish.

I am half way through this- I have lifted consistently in the past but not done cross fit. I like doing compound movements- it feels more efficient to me. Anyway. I love what I have done so far. I see the beginner weight suggestions and think - no problem- then my butt is kicked by the intensity and duration. I am feeling better and stronger and cannot wait to finish so I can start again to see improvement. Yes there is soreness but not crippling pain- which is what I am trying to avoid with my arthritis. So long story - not like the ebook. Not a fan of metcon but it is a means to an end… I do Not think you are supposed to like it
