I'll be honest, I bought these to run in. But as a woman in my late 40's, one of the unfortunate symptoms of aging that I've been experiencing off and on has been restless leg syndrome. Once in awhile, it's really disruptive. Sleeping in these leggings helped a lot. I mean way more than anything else I've tried. Every BODY is different, so I know what helped me may not help another person, but here's the bonus: these are great running pants!!! So yay!

The coverage of these leggings is great, they are just a little long on me with my short legs (I'm 5'3). They are perfect when you want a little extra pep in your step.

I really like the print, perfect for spooky season. I bought a medium, it’s uncomfortably tight on my calves/shins, snug around my hips, and slightly loose around my hips. for reference i’m 5’3 148lb and usually a size 7 in pants. my legs are on the thicker/more muscular side.
