CVG Leggings Great fit!
These leggings were extremely soft and with a perfect fit. I thought the medium would be too large, given that many reviews say they run large, but it was ok for me. I have tried it out on two long runs in preparation for using it for my next Marathon in a few weeks. Pockets are nice and roomy and fit my iPhone 12.

Love these shorts!
These are my favorite pair of shorts from CVG. The cut, color, and fit are perfect!

Not bad but others are better
I love CVG shorts but these ones aren't my favorite. Mine have a bit more white areas than the photos here show, and that makes them a little bit see through. Not too bad, but I definitely will stick to wearing them on solo runs and not group runs or races or to the gym. I also wish they were tagless like my other CVG shorts are.

So comfortable
I was hoping the red to be a bit deeper in color as parts seemed more pink. But, I still love these and was proud to rock & rep CVG on my mile race (red, white & blue theme).

Excellent for a specific use
I love these shorts. I do agree with other commenters that I wish the shorter inseam length also had the band around the thigh. After having bought many CVG shorts in the 5” length, this was my first dabble into trying the 2 1/2”. I wanted them for a 4th of July 5K I was doing and just decided to give it a go. A few days before the race, I gave them a test run and found that I was not comfortable carrying my phone and stuff in the pockets. Because of the weight of the phone being higher up on the hip rather than anchored by the outside of the thigh, and because of not having a band beneath to help support the weight, my stuff felt loose and bouncing around too much, especially for running fast, competitive races as I do. I decided in the future I probably won’t buy this inseam length anymore even though I love the way it looks. I ended up doing the 5K without my phone, which was okay. It actually feels nice to run without it sometimes to feel more free. These shorts however did inspire me to wear my 5” length ones higher: I just pull the leg openings up a little bit higher on my thighs for the cuter look. Racing 5Ks is all I’ll use these for in the future and I probably won’t do any training in these shorts until I’m stuck on the treadmill in the winter. If they add a band around the thigh, then I’ll try another pair and see if they work better for carrying my stuff in the pockets.
