Thick Thighs Saves Lives Training is a functional fitness program.
Each session has:
- A Detailed Warmup
- Strength
- Conditioning
- Cooldown
It includes full body movements, weightlifting, and gymnastics. The programming is designed to be done at any fitness level, and to make you more prepared for living a healthy limit free life.

Great programming
This programming is fantastic!! The 3 day option leaves me guilt free if I can’t manage 5 days that week, so glad the coaches provided that option.
So far so good
I have not yet begin the workouts but I have reviewed them and asked coaches for more assistance.they look very effective.

The workout program I didn’t know I needed! Love the mods, different tracks (since I don’t always have access to a gym), and the ability to do 3 or 5 days in a week based on my life. Love the support and the community!
A great program
I only do TTSLdumbells 2-3 times a week along with other things I’ve established and like doing. This programming is awesome with no thinking about what you should do. It’s already there waiting for you to come and exercise. There are videos for all the exercises. Some days I just do the strength portions sometimes I get to the Metcon. I’ve totally gained muscle and stamina just in a few months. Totally worth the price if you want to do sometime but not sure what or how to get to your goals.

I am a long time user of TTSL Daily monthly programming and I can happily say it is one of the best. I travel a lot for work, so that means being at the helm of the hotel gym equipment. TTSL gives me all the options needed to get in an effective workout. Plus they vary, so you never know what you're going to get week over week. I have had so much success with this programming, losing so many inches (coupled with proper eating habits!) The team is always available to give you options and answer your questions as well. Stop being on the fence and get the programming. You won't be sorry!!
