Best training program out there!
I am a long time user of TTSL Daily monthly programming and I can happily say it is one of the best. I travel a lot for work, so that means being at the helm of the hotel gym equipment. TTSL gives me all the options needed to get in an effective workout. Plus they vary, so you never know what you're going to get week over week. I have had so much success with this programming, losing so many inches (coupled with proper eating habits!) The team is always available to give you options and answer your questions as well. Stop being on the fence and get the programming. You won't be sorry!!

i absolutely love the ttsl programing! it has everything you need in a workout from warmup to cooldown. they give weights and modifications for all different levels and if you dont have the equipment they will help on the app to find something that will work. there is also a dumbbell version if you do not have a barbell or if you are travelling and do not have access to one. it is the best workout program i have found and i have tried a few.

I am enjoying TTSL! It is nice to just open the website and have a workout plan from start to finish so I don't have to think about what I'm going to do. Plus, there are demo videos for all of the moves in the workout. It is also nice to have cycles programmed to keep challenging myself. The strength challenge was new to me and I gain strength in my bench press, dead lift and overhead press.

The programming is exactly what it says it is--high-quality, balanced workout programming with clear instructions, video demonstrations if you need them, and feedback on your performance whenever you request it. Really great stuff.

I love these workouts. I don't know enough about lifting to workout on my own, so this takes the guess work out of everything. And the videos are super helpful when I don't know how to do a certain move. ALSO! If you stick with this long enough, every once in awhile (not often) a workout is repeated, so you get to compare last year "you" to the current "you" and see how much stronger you are. And it's also fun to post in the app about the daily workouts. Because even when you don't think your weights were very heavy...someone is gonna cheer you on. It's so beautiful. Highly recommend.
