Easy to follow and fun

I’m enjoying this very much! Easy to follow, I like the different sections and the fun names! I am currently doing the 30 day program which some items are difficult (pistol squats) but have nice modifications to help ease into it. I plan on following this program for quite awhile.

Best E-book

This workout was amazing! I have been working out 5-6 days a week regularly and I am a personal trainer...and this was hard BUT doable for anyone. There are a ton of modifications for all levels of fitness. I needed a change on what I was doing and this was perfect! I feel stronger and will be starting it again this week.

TTSL E-Book Love

I love the TTSL E Book, it has made me excited to workout again. The work outs are challenging but not impossible. My daughter (10) and I enjoy doing the workouts because we are able to scale them to our level. My only concern is the equipment needed, we don't have all of it and have to improvise in some areas. It would be helpful to have a list of equipment needed. Otherwise this is a great tool!
