Here's some additional tips to improve your double unders...
- Make sure your rope is the proper length.
- Focus on moving your wrists, not your arms.
- Perform a proper hollow position during your jump.
- Keep your head and chest up while jumping.
*NOTE* Double unders are a highly skilled movement that will take time to master. Single unders are a highly effective substitute for athletes who are unable to perform sustained double unders.
