Here's some additional exercises that will improve your burpees...
- Mountain climbers.
- Jumping Squats.
- Push-ups/Bench Press.
- Froggers.
*NOTE* Burpees are a full body movement. Mixing these exercises into your daily routine will improve your burpee movement!
The Ultimate Burpee Workout
Want to test if your burpees are getting better? It's going to suck, but ok!
Do 100 burpees for time and write that time down in your workout journal. After a couple months of working on the exercises above and improving your strength and conditioning, retest by doing 100 burpees for time again!
Compare your new time to your old time and that will give you an indication of the improvement of your burpee movement and overall fitness level. Good luck!
