Many of our items are hand made to order in our Massachusetts warehouse. For this reason orders take 1-5 business days to process before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. 

During new product releases we see a large influx in orders. If you ordered during a new release expect a few days before your order is shipped.

USA shipping time is 2-5 business days.  We also offer expedited shipping options, within the USA.  Outside of the USA will vary based on location.

All products can be exchanged/returned within 30 days, as long as UNUSED.  (During the holiday season we make exceptions beyond 30 days, if items are UNUSED.) More information found here:  Return Policy.

Your order tracking info is emailed to you when your order begins processing.  Please check your spam folder for your tracking info. If you use Gmail please also check your "promotions" tab.

If your tracking shows "pre-shipment" for several days, do not be concerned. Our system for processing orders includes printing a large number of orders in bulk and then processing them over several days. This step may take several days depending on order volume. If your order was placed during a new product release you should expect your order to be in pre-shipment for a few days.
