Why You Should Squat Every Day

How often are you doing Air Squats?

Here's some great ideas to get in your daily squats...

  • Every time you go to the restroom at work do 10 air squats.
  • Set a reminder for an alarm to go off twice a day.  Do 20 air squats each time the alarm goes off.
  • When you get out of bed in the morning start off the day with 15 slow air squats.
  • Before you go to bed at night end the day with 25 air squats.

*NOTE* Do not do all of these suggestions in 1 day.  Mix them up.  Moderation!

How many squats a day should you do?

The key is to be constantly varied to continuesly confuse your body.  Your results will not be as effective if you do the exact same thing every day.  Do 25 one day then 50 another day.  Be sure to take into account what you did for leg related exercises in your daily workout.  If you just did an aggressive squat workout then take that into consideration.
